Mary rang us looking to get her septic tank emptied. She said her septic tank was 40 metres away from her driveway. We told her that this would be no problem as we could reach it with our suction pipes. We arrived that day and had the tank emptied, washed down and all cleaned up in 30 minutes.
“I rang Arroo Septic Tank Services on Thursday to get my septic tank emptied. I was hoping to get it done by the end of the week as I had visitors coming over at the weekend. I was delighted to see Damien arrive within a few hours of the call. He explained to me how he was going to empty the septic tank and use the suction pipes to reach the tank. Damien was very quick as he had the septic tank emptied, washed down and all cleaned up in 30 minutes. He also took before and after pictures to show it was emptied. I am very happy with the job he has done and have booked him annually going forward.”
Sean rang Arroo Septic Tanks because he had a problem with his sewage system. He told us how his shower and toilet weren’t draining properly and there where bad smells coming from the toilet and vents and how there was raw sewage leaking from a manhole lid outside. We quickly realised that this was a blocked drain as these are common symptoms of a blocked drain. We came out and investigated the problem. His house was in an estate which was connected to the main sewer. We lifted a few manhole lids and worked out that there was a blockage between his house and the main sewer line. We used a jetting hose to blast through the blockage and wash out the sewer line.
“On Monday I realised that my shower and toilet where taking very long to drain however I didn’t think much of it as I didn’t know at the time that this was one of the symptoms to having a drain blockage. That evening I noticed there was a bad smell coming from the toilet and the vents. Another day passed and I saw raw sewage leaking out of the manhole lid. I instantly called Arroo Septic Tank Services and they were able to tell me that it was a blocked drain. Damien arrived and told me how he was going to unblock it and what he was going to do. He got the job done and I was very happy with the job he had done.”
Joe has been a customer of Arroo Septic Tanks for over 7 years and the first time we emptied his tank it was a very difficult job as he explained to us on the phone that he didn’t know you had to desludge your sewage system. It had overflowed into the drainage pipes and backed up in the sewer lines. We emptied the tank and jetted all the pipes back to the tank. We then sucked out all the washings out of the tank again and refilled the tank with clean water. The motor on the tank had also stopped working but we had a new one with us just in case. We fitted it and adjusted some of the pipe work. Joe booked us annually from then on going forward.
